I use this chart when I do The 12 Days of Finishing Program to track my progress over the 12 days. If you want to use it for your own needs, feel free. It is yours. A gift from me to you. :)
How to use it: 1. Decide how long you're going to track your successes for (Eg: a week, 12 days, a month) 2. Write the names of the goals you're working on in that time frame.
3. Colour in the progress bar with the percentage you have completed of each goal/task.
4. Choose to make your goals/tasks fun and enjoy watching the progress bars fill up.
The bottom section is for other things you accomplished that weren't necessarily goal/task related, but you are happy you achieved anyway. For example, a fun family night, or giving yourself some self-care time.
However you choose to fill it in is up to you. Just make sure you celebrate little successes. Even the tasks that aren't complete yet can be celebrated as long as there's been action on them. :)
